Our mission is to create opportunities by embracing the principles of person centered planning by supporting individuals as they take responsibility for their decisions within the community. The Seneca County Opportunity Center, which operates under the Seneca County Board of Developmental Disabilities, serves Seneca County individuals with disabilities from birth through adulthood.
