Leadership Seneca County
Founded in 1996, Leadership Seneca County has worked to help over 300 individuals representing more than 100 local businesses and organizations advance into leadership roles within their organizations and communities. Leadership Seneca County is a learning experience designed to help develop community awareness, improved decision making and team building. Through participation in program activities, participants are exposed to experiences which help them to grow as individuals and develop leadership skills. The program activities focus on goal setting, conflict resolution, accountability, communication and more! Classes meet on the second Wednesday of each month from September to May.
