The Upper Sandusky-based chocolatier, Neumeister’s, made its way is back to Tiffin, Ohio in 2022 and found a home in the Wolfe Creek Shopping Center. They bring their long-standing tradition of quality confections to a familiar spot where they once charmed locals in the early 2000s. They are back once again in the great community of Tiffin ready to welcome you!

Established in 1877 in Upper Sandusky, Neumeister’s Candy Shoppe has a rich history of crafting exquisite handmade and hand-dipped chocolates, creams, truffles, fudge, toffee, nuts, and dried fruits. The business has stayed true to its original recipes and methods, thanks to the dedication of its current owner, Debbie Frey, who is the third owner of this sweet tradition. The Neumeister family initially sold the business in the 1970s, but the commitment to quality and craftsmanship remains unchanged.

Debbie Frey is not only the proud and dedicated owner of Neumeister's Candy Shop, crafting the sweets that everyone loves, but she is also a walking heart of gold and compassion. She originally bought the business to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for her children with developmental disabilities. Over the years, Neumeister's has become more than just a candy shop; it's a beacon of love, inclusivity, and family values. Most days, you'll find Debbie and her children behind the counter, always serving up smiles and kindness alongside their delicious confections. The Tiffin location features a delightful partnership with Mark’s Homemade Ice Cream from Bucyrus. This collaboration brings an array of homemade ice cream, custom milkshakes, and ice cream sandwiches exclusive to the Tiffin store. Adding to the excitement, Neumeister’s now also offers ice cream cakes, a new treat as of 2024.

Neumeister’s Candy Shoppe is proud to be a part of the Ohio Ice Cream Trail by Ohio, The Heart of it All.
