The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host "Teen Book Club" for teens in grades six through twelve on Monday, November 13 at 3:30 pm in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Join the Library for snacks and a discussion on Festival of Shadows: A Japanese Ghost Story by Atelier Sento. Copies of the book are available at the Library.
