The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce and Tiffin-Seneca United Way have announced the launch of a quarterly Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. The second meeting will take place on May 15 at Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital in the McMullen Room. The meeting will take place from 11 AM to 12 PM, based on the survey results from the first meeting. An email will be sent out by the first week of February with the exact time. We will have members of our staff at the entrances of the hospital to assist you in locating the room. The sessions will be facilitated by Darlene Mack, Founder of The Resiliency Edge, a consulting organization that provides high-quality, targeted, transformative professional development and coaching to individuals and leaders.

The series is free to employees and board members of nonprofit organizations in Seneca County. Topics covered will include organizational and leadership challenges, board management, strategic planning, volunteer management, financial management and fundraising, and more.
