This event is an informational clinic only sponsored by Seneca Proud and Attorneys John M. Kahler, II, Jennifer L. Kahler, and Zachary E. Fowler. This is a free informational event to help describe the process of legal name changes and correction/modification of official documents such as birth certificates and driver's licenses, and also information regarding estate planning.

We will not be providing legal services, and no attorney-client relationship will be formed. The attorneys will give presentations on estate planning and the process of filing required forms for name changes and correction/modification of official documents. All event participants will be responsible for filing any required forms for name changes/corrections and executing estate planning documents on their own, separate from the event.
