The Teen Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host "Shrink Plastic Keychains" on Tuesday, July 2 at 3:00 PM in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Teens entering grades six through 12 will create their own keychains by decorating shrink plastic with markers. All materials will be provided. No registration is necessary. This program is part of the 2024 Summer Reading Program.
