The Youth Services Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host "Rubber Ducky Wednesday" on Wednesdays, July 3, 10, 17, and 24 at 10:00 AM in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Babies age birth to 35 months and their caregivers are invited to a story time on July 3 and July 17 with books, songs and lap bounces. On July 10 and July 24, join the Library for a play date with toys and books for the babies to enjoy together. This program is part of the 2024 Summer Reading Program.
