The Teen Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host "Glowing Star Lanterns" on Tuesday, July 23 at 3:00 PM in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Teens entering grades six through 12 will create a lantern with a star design from a tissue box and other supplies. All materials will be provided. No registration is necessary. This program is part of the 2024 Summer Reading Program.
