From expectant mommas to empty nesters, we all know that being a mom can sometimes feel like you are on an island. May is Maternal Mental Health Month and in honor of that Seneca Co CARES would like any local mom that would like to connect with other moms to come and take a walk.

The goal for the Seneca Co Summer Walks is for moms who may need to make their village a little bigger, find a tribe, just connect to other moms.

So bring a coffee, grab your tennis shoes and come take a walk! There will be 6 planned walks throughout the summer. One evening and one morning walk each month.

Moms are welcome to bring their kiddos if they can't get away alone.

Each walk will meet up at the Lions Shelter House at Hedges-Boyer Park in Tiffin, Ohio. Walks will last "officially" for an hour, but all is welcome to stay longer if you wish or take the kiddos to enjoy some time at the playground.

Seneca Co Summer Walks wants moms to find healthy ways to find support, friendships, and connections. Taking care of yourself, is taking care of your family!
