Cardio Drumming 50+

This is a great cardio exercise! Drumming can be done by standing or sitting. It can be done by people of different physical abilities. Join us to learn about “Drumming.” It is fun, keeps you active and there are lots of benefits that will be gained! Open to anyone 50 years of age and older and is a member of the AEC. The Cardio Drumming classes are lead by Brandie Gruss.
