Christmas Charcuterie Class

Get ready for the holidays with a fun night at our charcuterie class at The Urban Woody in downtown Fostoria! You will receive your own white oak live edge charcuterie board to keep, complete with a custom design engraving of your choice. Each board will be about 10″ x 15″. Everything will be provided such as cheeses, meats, and garnishes so that you are able to learn various techniques to build your board and craft beautiful rosettes and festive designs! You will be given a charcuterie booklet that includes various wine & cheese pairings, and a take home box for your goodies. Plus, everyone who signs up will be entered into a raffle to win a fabulous charcuterie basket worth a $50 value the end of the night!
